Materials and sustainability

MATERIALS: 18-8 Stainless steel, Polypropylene, Silicone.

CARE: Keeps drinks hot (69 °C)/cold (7°C) for 6 hours. *For maximum insulation efficiency of the thermos cup, preheat/pre-cool it before use by filling it with hot/cold water for 1-2 minutes.

Do not use in microwave, conventional oven, or dishwasher! Be careful when drinking hot beverages. Although the surface of the thermos cup is cold, the drink may still be hot. Do not leave the product at high temperatures, for example in a car. Do not leave it soaked, it could rust or crack. Wash carefully. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents. When rusty spots appear inside the glass, add warm water and citric acid in a 10:1 ratio, after 2-3 hours wash with a soft sponge and rinse well.

How long does delivery of the order take?

The order we receive by 12:00 will be prepared on the same business day. Orders after 12:00 will be prepared the next business day. Please pick up your personal collection only after you receive an SMS or email.

What types of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?

Shipping is free over 2500 CZK. Goods in stock are shipped the next day. Carriers we use:

PPL courier - 120 CZK,
Zásilkovna - 65 CZK.

Returns are possible within 30 days of ordering. You can find all information about returns here.

Is it possible to return or exchange a backpack/clothing?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery. Just contact us, send the goods back in their original condition, and we will refund your money or send another product.

Do you have a warranty on the products?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all backpacks and waist bags. If any problem caused by manufacturing or material appears, we will repair your product or replace it with a new one. A standard warranty applies to other products.

Praktické

Skvělá a praktická termoska. Dobře se z ní pije. Je velká tak akorát, aby se člověk dobře napil, ale netahal s sebou zbytečně velkou lahev. Pro mě je důležitě, že jsou všechny části dobře dostupné pro umytí.

Objednala jsem ve 3 barvách... ano jsem trochu ujetá, ale ráda střídám takové věci dle outfitu :-)
