How long does delivery of the order take?

The order we receive by 12:00 will be prepared on the same business day. Orders after 12:00 will be prepared the next business day. Please pick up your personal collection only after you receive an SMS or email.

What types of delivery do you offer and how much do they cost?

Shipping is free over 2500 CZK. Goods in stock are shipped the next day. Carriers we use:

PPL courier - 120 CZK,
Zásilkovna - 65 CZK.

Is it possible to return or exchange a backpack/clothing?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery. Just contact us, send the goods back in their original condition, and we will refund your money or send another product.

Do you have a warranty on the products?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all backpacks and waist bags. If any problem caused by manufacturing or material appears, we will repair your product or replace it with a new one. A standard warranty applies to other products.

ledvinka je z lehkeho materialu, ktery pusobi pevne a uz mam vyzkouseno, ze odpuzuje vodu. Libí se mi, že ledvinka má velkou vnitřní kapsu + ještě jednu na zip a k tomu ještě jednu na zip v zadní části. Popruh má zajímavé upínání přes magnetickou přezku s chytrým řešení.
Ledvinku jsem si koupil asi po 15 letech a tahle mě baví.
